Atal Bimit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana – अटल बिमित व्यक्ति कल्याण योजना

Employee’s State Insurance (ESI) Corporation introduced a new scheme for private job holders. The scheme was launched on 01-07-2018. Department named this scheme “Atal Bimit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana“. The Scheme offers cash compensation to insured persons when they are rendered unemployed. Scheme is implemented on pilot basis for a period of two years initially. मोदी सरकार अब संगठित क्षेत्र के कर्मचारियों की नौकरी छुट जाने पर भी उनको सैलरी देगी. प्राइवेट नौकरी करने वालों के लिए कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम (ईएसआईसी) देगी 2 साल तक रूपये. अटल बीमित व्यक्ति कल्याण योजना के तहत नौकरी जाने पर आर्थिक साहयता देगी सरकार. यह जानकारी ईएसआईसी ट्वीट के माध्यम से दी है. ईएसआईसी ने ट्वीट करके लिखा “रोजगार छूटने का मतलब आय की हानि नहीं है,ईएसआईसी रोजगार की अनैच्छिक हानि या गैर – रोजगार चोट के कारण स्थायी अशक्तता के मामले में 24 माह की अवधि के लिए मासिक नकद राशि का भुगतान करता है”.

Eligibility Criteria For ABVKY 

• Employees covered under Section 2(9) of the ESI Act 1948 are eligible for scheme.
• Insured Person (IP) should have been rendered unemployed during the period the relief is claimed.
• The Insured Person should have been in insurable employment for a minimum period of two years.
• The Insured Person should have contributed not less than 78 days during each of the preceding four contribution periods.
• The contribution in respect of him should have been paid or payable by the employer.
• The contingency of unemployment should not have been as a result of any punishment for misconduct or superannuation or voluntary retirement.
• Aadhar and Bank Account of the Insured Person should be linked with the insured person database.

किसे नहीं मिलेगा योजना का फायदा

ईएसआईसी से बीमित कोई भी ऐसा व्‍यक्ति जिसे किसी कारण से कंपनी से निकाल दिया जाता है. या उस व्‍यक्ति पर किसी तरह का आपराधिक मुकदमा दर्ज होता है. तो उसे इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिलता है. इसके अलावा जो लोग ऐच्छिक रिटायरमेंट (VRS) लेते हैं तो उन्‍हें भी इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा.

Benefits of Atal Bimit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana

IP get 25% of average per day earning during the previous four contribution periods. Benefit paid upto maximum 90 days of unemployment once in Lifetime on submission of claim in form of an Affidavit.

How To Apply For Atal Bimit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana

To Apply for this scheme, a employee should have to first visit the official website of ESIC i.e https://www.esic.nic.in/. Now you need to download scheme application form. And fill complete details correctly and submit the same at your nearby ESIC branch. Along with application form you need to attach a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 20 with a notary affidavit. In which the form AB-1 to AB-4 will be submitted.
