PM-JAY National Health Protection Scheme 2021 Registration Form – www.pmjay.gov.in
National Health Protection Scheme is started to help poor people who are not able to pay high medical fees. So, Government of India started Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY). Ayushman Bharat Yojna provides financial help to more than 10.74 crore poor, deprived rural families and identified occupational categories of urban workers’ families. Under this scheme all Beneficiaries will get health insurance cover of up to Rs. 5,00,000 per family per year. PM-JAY will cover medical and hospitalization expenses for almost all secondary care and most of tertiary care procedures. Scheme provides 1,350 medical packages covering surgery, medical and day care treatments including medicines, diagnostics and transport.

To get benefits of National Health Protection Scheme, you need to check first PM-JAY Eligibility. Whose name is available in Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC)-2011 list can get benefits of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. You can also check your ELigibility from https://mera.pmjay.gov.in/search/login using Mobile Number. Eligible beneficiaries are not required to fill any registration form to avail benefits under this scheme. You only need RSBY Card to get direct benefits in any hospital across India.
